PROS

This is a very interesting DVD about a variety of knots that could be used as an entire routine or a portion of a routine.

CONS

Many of these knots are quite amazing, but also quite difficult. for example, the snap knot is a very difficult knot that is done by merely flipping the rope.

VERDICT

A very interesting knot routine DVD.
