Tempus Fugit

Mason, Mark

(Based on 1 review)
EFFECT: A card is selected and signed on the face, you draw a picture of a clock on the back of the selection. The spectator is asked to name any time (no force) and the fingers on the clock visually move to another time. That's good, but it's not the spectator's time. The fingers move for a second time, coming to rest on the exact same time the spectator merely thought of. The card is immediately handed out. No switch at the end. Precision made gimmick.

Yes, it uses a gimmick, but a very neat, and durable one. I took it out of my close-up stuff for a while because I couldn't remember the sequence of moves when it comes to the time. After skimming the directions once more, it all came back to me.

If you want something that VISUALLY changes right in front of the volunteer's eyes, this is a strong answer to that. AND, the volunteer keeps the signed card, ion which their freely chosen time appears on.

It is very good.
