Overview

Murphy's Magic has released the money maker aka Forger as part of their Apprentice line of tricks. We all remember this from our childhood magic kits.

This was always such a fun trick, but I always thought that everyone always knew the method.

Effect

Basically you have a small machine with black rollers and you insert a $1 bill and out comes a $5 and then you insert the $5 bill and out come a $100. You can insert a blank piece of paper and turn that into money or you can insert a torn paper and have it restored.

Method

The method lies in the money maker and it is as easy to use as turning a knob on an old school radio dial. Easy to learn and easy to perform for sure!

Great quality gimmick that is accompanied by a 10 minute demo video and instructional video taught expertly by the every energetic Javier Fuenmayor.

Overview

Apprentice Magic replicates another classic of magic with The Forger. The Forger is the old style money making machine that will make you the most popular person at the party. Who doesn’t like money? The Forger will allow you to take ordinary paper, feed it into The Forger and out comes real money in any denomination you want. Can it really do that? Come on, although it looks like it can, we can still pretend, right? Would you like an innovative way to give out a couple bills to a kid, or pay for drinks around the bar? With the right attitude and presentation, you can make The Forger a memorable experience.

Effect

The performer takes an odd looking apparatus out of his pocket. He claims he discovered a way to take ordinary paper, feed it into the machine, and out comes paper money so real that it can be spent without fear of arrest. He proves this by taking a bill sized piece of paper, feeds it into one side of the machine, turns the knobs and out comes a real bill just waiting to be spent. This is just one presentation you can do with The Forger.

Method

Of course, The Forger is the classic Money Making Machine sold for decades. Its construction hasn’t change since time immemorial. The machine utilizes two rollers made in such a way the as the paper goes in, the actual bill comes out. It is very magical for those who have never seen it. The machine is self-working which allows one to focus on the presentation.
