Nice aluminum version!

Defies all the Laws of Nature. Fill a small aluminum vase with water, cover it with a card and invert it. Hold the card and the water does not flow out. Remove the card, the water still doesn't come out! The card is again put over the mouth and the vase turned right side up. The card is removed, and the water is poured out.

Easy to do!
