Bob Solari proves, time and again, that he's a very clever monkey.
The product description is accurate. It's something of a tossed-out deck (minus the tossing-out part). But it can be repeated (a total of two performances per audience).
As with many of Bob's products, you're getting a custom-made deck with a single sheet of printed instructions. No DVD necessary. No script included... use your imagination.
The deck is gimmicked to the point that you won't be using it for any routines that require a normal deck.
However, there are a lot more applications for this deck than the simple effect described in the product details. Essentially what you're getting is a two-way force deck wherein the force is exceptionally fair and very easy to do. You can do a casual display of the cards to show them as "random and normal," but you won't be able to hand the deck out.
If you're looking for a new way to force a couple of cards without much effort, and don't mind carrying a special deck to do it, I can certainly recommend Incredideck.

This is a an excellent effect requiring no special skill just a good presentation. I take this deck along with me wherever I go and with a bit of imagination you can do other things with it as well. However the original effect will floor your audience. They each stopped on the same card, and when they see the cards are different they are clueless. It has great impact , simple to perform and reasonably priced what more can you want. A+++++++
