I have bought stuff from this dealer a number of times. All items that I bought were on sale and reasonably priced.
Unfortunately they are no longer brick and mortar which breaks my heart even though I live too far away to visit the store. It is just sad that store fronts are disappearing.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I have phoned them to ask questions (old school) and I was treated with courtesy and respect.
Delivery time was fast. I live in Canada so Canada Post delivered within a week and all pricing is in Canadian dollars.
Nowadays it's the shipping charges that discourage me from buying more magic. Vanishing Rabbit is reasonable but could be better. They have a mysterious "service" charge somewhere in there.

There are a lot of things that I take into consideration when choosing a shop from which to buy products. The item that I had my eye on happens to be rather harder to find and this shop had one at a very reasonable price. That price was listed on the website.
The person that I spoke with (I assume it was the owner) was very nice and informative. I had asked for the item to be held for a short while and he was more than willing to do that. In fact, he gave me much more time than I would have expected.
I am not going to get into details but after the payment was sent, I received a refund because after paying the quoted price, I was told it was "not enough" and was "not what was previously discussed.
I know very well how supply and demand, economy, rarity of items and running a business works. I run my own business after all. I can understand fluctuations and things like "prices subject to change without notice", but it is just poor business and ethics to quote a final price and then change it.
I could easily give this shop a half star for what happened, but I will say that based on my first impression, I am giving it one whole star. Too bad the rest of my experience did not match the first impression.
