Black And White Surprise

(Based on 3 reviews)
In one hand the magician has a white brass chip, the other hand a black one. Both hands are closed and the chips change places. This is repeated a number of times. The spectators are convinced the chips are black on one side and white on the other. The performer shows both chip sides again. Now one is green and yellow, the other chip is red and blue!

Manufactured in Europe by master craftsmen. Packaged in a foam-filled jewelry box.

Can be completely examined at the finish of the effect. Nothing has to be secretly palmed away. This one almost works itself. Don't miss out on one of the best close-up mysteries in years! Get yours today!

It IS a great trick but for a walk around I wouldn't. It's good for a table show. I have to give it a 31/2. If you do have this place a card between gimmick and tool so gimmick sucks on to the card instead of chipping away at you know.

In my view, black and white surprise is THE ONLY version I've seen of this trick worth getting. There are mid priced versions (20 something dollars) and then, Polka Chip Polka, which is just cheaply made brass colored plastic. The gimmicks don't work as well, (noisier), and ads for polka chip polka can mislead — they look like brass in the ad, and there's no indication either way, as to what they're made of. The mid priced version is brass, but, not as tight so far as the gimmicks. This effect is too good to compromise on with a cheaper version. It has gone the way of 'flying coins' which can be bought in wood, brass, or...plastic, with brass coating on it. Price can matter, and with black and white surprise you get solid materials, AND optimum function. It's worth saving money up for-skip the mid version and forget the plastic polka!

I believe this particular set is made by Per Clausen from Denmark who is one of the finest creators of high quality magic along with Eddie Gibson of England. This is a fabulous effect! This effect is synonymous to "Color Deception", "Kamillion Koins" and "Polker Chip Polka" but the quality is much higher with this set like the Kamillion Koins. Extremely visual magic with a climax finish and all may be examined and your spectators will find nothing.
