Spectator selects a card and the magician takes a wallet from either his pocket, or which has been lying on the table all time. Stating that the selected card will be found in this wallet the magician opens it. Inside he does not find the card but finds a smaller wallet. After opening this smaller wallet the selected card is found inside.
Made of fine quality soft leather and special designed for this effect. Comes with written instructions and performance and instructions on DVD by Tom Mullica himself.

Method
The method relies on the cleverness of the wallet itself along with a little bit of sleight of hand on your part — very little sleight of hand. The method is easy and doable and very practical. It's well within the reach of just about any performer. It'll take some practice to get the handling down, but nothing too difficult.
Ad Copy Integrity
The ad copy is minimal. It's mostly a description of the effect, so not much to see here. If you're familiar with The Mullica Wallet, then you know how genuine the claim is when they say that it takes no preparation and that it's easy to do. If you're not familiar with The Mullica Wallet then I will vouch for it for you. It is as clean as Tom Mullica says and shows in the ad trailer.
Product Quality
I've handled and worked with several Mullica Wallet's in the past. I've always struggled with getting the selected card to the right place. It would tend to stick to the wallet and get hung up. This one, however does not have this problem. Also, Tom Mullica, the creator of the wallet, recommends this version by Heinz Minten. You can get no higher endorsement than that. I've found this one to "work" smoother than any others I've used in the past.
In other versions of The Mullica Wallet the inner wallet goes completely inside of the outer wallet's pocket. In this case, however, the instructions show only one flap of the inner wallet going into the outer wallet's pocket. I was able to, however, get the whole inner wallet to fit inside the outer wallet pocket, but it was a tight squeeze for sure. I imagine that after breaking in the wallet, this will be a better fit. It's up to you to decide if you want/need the entire inner wallet to fit inside the outer wallet flap. I like having it with just one flap sticking in. It makes removing the wallet much easier (for me).
The DVD is very short and not the best produced DVD I've seen, but it covers everything you need to know to use The Mullica Wallet correctly. The DVD is a quick performance and brief handling explanation by Tom Mullica. The written instructions are also very brief. It almost seems like they're assuming you've already used a Mullica Wallet before, or at the very least they are for sure assuming that you can control cards. This is very much an explanation of how the wallet works and how to use it. No sleight of hand is taught.
However, two versions of the effect are taught. One of them relies on a gag card that is also included. You will have to glue it onto the face of a regular playing card, but this is not a problem. The card serves one purpose: misdirect the audience with a joke.
Final Thoughts
If you're in the market for a Mullica Wallet, this is an excellent choice. If you're looking for a card to wallet wallet, then this is definitely a great choice. If you've already got a Mullica Wallet and it's wearing out, again, this is a great choice.
You will not learn any new effects with this product. It's a prop that you are buying, but they happen to briefly show you the basic handling of signed card to wallet.
