Using the characteristics of ancient Chinese coins to complete a series of magical effects, this is N11

You display two coins, one black and one red, both of which are inscribed with the four Chinese characters: 'qian'/'long'/'tong'/'bao'.

The audience chooses to hold the red coin in their hands. You take down the four Chinese characters on the black coin one by one, as if miraculously putting them into your pocket, leaving behind a black coin with no characters on it.

You reached into your pocket as if you had grabbed four Chinese characters and thrown them back onto the coin. The black coin returned to normal, but you immediately grabbed the Chinese character 'bao' from it, and then the audience opened their hands and found a 'bao' character on the back of the red coin.

'Bao' symbolizes wealth, and this trick symbolizes giving wealth to the audience. The beautiful meaning makes the N11 very suitable for use in your business, private, and party performances, and it will definitely be welcomed by the audience.

The N11 includes a complete set of special coins and detailed online instructions

Prepare to use N11 to send wealth and blessings to more audiences!

Overview

If you are a coin worker and looking for unique coin gimmicks, N2G produces some of the most beautiful coin sets and gimmicks out there. There are several producers of coin gimmicks but with some minor variations the gimmicks tend to be the same. In addition, most coin workers also tend to perform the same plots as any other coin magician. N2G not only creates beautifully crafted coin gimmicks but lean towards non-traditional plots for those who want something a bit different. N11 by N2G is an offbeat coin routine which will stupefy the spectators.

Effect

N11 is a coin routine not dissimilar to other creators “moving hole plot”. Instead of removing a hole from a coin / washer and placing it another, with N11 the magician sequentially removes the four Chinese characters from a black Chinese Coin leaving it blank. The performer then “throws” the characters back onto the coin. In a final phase he removes one character and “transfers” it to the red Chinese coin held in the spectators closed fist from the onset of the performance.

Method

Naturally this routine is achieved by utilizing 4 different coins and an added gimmick. The moves required are the Spellbound Move and Retention Vanish. The coins are larger than US half dollars but smaller than the US dollar. In addition to having to manipulate multiple coins some lapping is involved. I would imagine that this would be difficult to perform without being seated.

Product Quality

The quality of the coins is superb. They look good and feel nice in the hands. The packaging, like the rest of their products is attractive and durable. The one negative to this offering is the instructional video. It is 16 minutes long and not very well filmed. Although the instructions are in English, with the low volume, poor quality recording and their accent, it was difficult to understand. The video showed the most basic coverage of the routine. The moves are shown slowly but does not go into extreme detail.

Ad Copy Integrity

The ad copy states “detailed instructions”. I personally feel, more could have been done explaining the required moves necessary for the routine to be flawless. Some prior experience with the Retention Vanish and the Spellbound Move would be helpful.
