This was a mail order purchase for me and if I had merely flipped through the pages at the shop I would not have purchased this particular book. The material it covers dosn't seem that impromptu. Making them set up effects that aren't really practical. I did find a good trick I use all the time in it so I can't really complain.. Its a nice book with a lot of good ideas. I was just expecting something else..... impromptu effects.

If you have never seen Michael Weber performing you aren't able to talk about strong magic. He is great. But this book is not as strong as the author. A lot of tricks done in a casual manner but not really impromptu as the rest of the magicians understand except Michael ( i undersand impromptu like something that i can do in every situation without any special prop). There is also a lot of common tricks not very magical, the same tricks that your grandfather usually did.
To be honest i really don't like it. But i have found one idea, so it passes the exam not without dificulties.
