Magic Mirror

Mikame

Mikame Craft's Most Coveted item Worldwide! This is one of the highest quality pieces ever made by Mikame Craft. The inner workings of the frame is ingenious, we've never seen such quality in magic. Made of Select Hardwood for smooth performance! It's a joy to own such a fine piece of craftmanship at this reasonable price. Display both sides of a Mirror trapped in a SOLID wooden Frame.Have someone examine the Mirror & Frame, it's truly SOLID.Now place it in a cloth draw-string bag.Show a long sturdy needle completely real. Poke the needle through the bag and penetrate the Mirror several times! Now for the Climax!!!!!You BEND the Mirror in half numerous times! The Mirror is taken out of the bag and shown completely solid without scratches, bends or creases.

This is a version of 'Bending a Piece of Glass' as first published in Oswald Rae's Sub Rosa in 1928.

Now for those who only like to do Modern Tricks, this is one classic that is modern again. It was made popular in the early 80's by Doug Henning who did away with wrapping it up in newspaper and instead put it in a knitted bag.

The Mikame version is one of the best made that I have seen!
The craftsmaship is wonderful! The hinge is concealed inside which stops it snagging in the bag. And the whole thing is finished off very professionally.

It comes with a bag which is also well made but personally I prefer a knitted bag as the needle is easier tp push through the stiches as it doesn't leave a hole. But that is just a personal choice.

There are cheaper ones around but a lot of them look tacky, where this does look like a professional prop but without all the glitter and sparkle some manufacturers insist on using!

Well worth getting!
