Criss Angels Masterminds 4 is a demonstration and explanation of an effect he did on his show called “Got your Back”. It is a signed card that appears pinned on the spectator’s back.
The DVD is first class and the editing and videography is outstanding.
Let’s get this out of the way first: It’s Criss Angel. If you dislike him, this DVD will not change your mind. If you like him, you will still like him.
This is very clever. You will see a video of the effect done by Criss Angel in his show “Mind Freak”. Then Criss and Joe Monti do an outstanding job of explaining the effect. On the television program Criss does use a “helper” to pull off the effect. However, in the explanation you learn how to perform this as a solo performer, with no stooge or helper.
Bottom line this is a very clever trick and all the work and subtleties are explained. If this effect appeals to you… it is well worth the money
