I watched the video on this trick so many times, I had to buy it. I'm glad I did. No one I've shown it to has a clue how it's done. It even fools other magicians. Masuda is a genius! The trick is performed EXACTLY like in the video. There are no switching or palming anything. This is a total mind blower.

I want to alert everyone of some potentially misleading wording in the description of this effect.
I have several routines in my repertoire that use two decks with differing back colors. After reading the description of this effect, I thought it might be cool to introduce both decks in manner described.
But here’s the rub. The “decks” you produce from this gimmick are feked and not complete. I realize the description says the decks are gimmicked, but they don't tell you to what extent. So I'm telling you.. they’re basically useless for anything other than the effect described.
Of course, you could do two deck switches. But that seems to be complete overkill for what turns out to be just an interesting introduction of the two decks.
