Any Signed Card to Any Spectators Wallet is one of the many effects that can be performed with the Jeff Kaylor’s Ultimate Card Control Utility.

This clever utility gimmick’s heritage can be traced to the ancient art of vesting. The good news is that a vest is no longer necessary. However you do need to be wearing a shirt that buttons. T-shirt wearers need not apply.

The Ultimate Card Control Utility is clever and open to many possibilities beyond the title effect. Like Jeff Kaylor's earlier release, TKO, the Ultimate Card Control Utility is well made. As mentioned, the methodology has its roots in vesting but imagine vesting combined with a topit variation giving one more flexibility.

The Ultimate Card Control Utility is aimed at the intermediate performer. One needs to watch their angles as there is a possibility of flashing during loading and unloading. Audience management skills will help too.

Like TKO, I like the Ultimate Card Control Utility. My only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is that you have to buy a second gimmick if you want true flexibility in performing. The Ultimate Card Control Utility comes in black or white and most of us need both.

I'm a big fan of Jeff Kaylor. I was really flipped out when his TKO hit the market a couple of years ago.

With this new product, he has raised the bar once again.

But let me start with the two things I didn't like about the product. First, the title printed on the packaging is grammatically incorrect. It should be Spectator's (singular possessive) not Spectators. Michael Ammar, of all people, should have caught this.

Second, I don't think the title does it justice. I'm guessing this was a marketing choice and probably very effective for that purpose. But the card-to-wallet effect, while great, is just the tip of the iceberg.

Like TKO, this is really a utility prop — and a very clever one. Basically it's a card holdout that can be used while wearing an short-sleeved, un-tucked, button-down shirt. You can ditch and steal quite a large stack of cards. For that matter, it doesn't even need to be used for playing cards. Hell, this could be quite the tool for the creative mentalist.

The manufacturing is top-notch, as is the material on the DVD.

And if you already have TKO, I would still suggest getting this one. They're different enough that you'll want to have both on hand.

Let me first say, Ive never been a 'card to wallet' guy,...but this kills. So much so in fact, that Ill likely never do ANY other type of 'card to wallet' or 'SIGNED card to wallet' again outside of this. Now I should note this is not really for people with little or no card skill, but for those with even moderate card skill...you won't be disappointed. I admit that when I received this initially and saw 'it'...my thought was "either I just got ripped-off,...or this is some type of genius that I don't yet comprehend". I popped in the DVD and turns out it was definitely the latter. The biggest test for any new effect I get is always on those closest to me, because they are far more 'in the know' of things I do, methods etc. than your average lay-person. I devastated them with this...they COULD NOT figure out what was going on :-). And the beauty of this utility item is that it can be utilized in lots of different ways to create new effects and/or enhance things you already do (which for me is what really makes this worth the money. Its not just one effect...its a very useful utility item). Again, not for those with little or no card skill,...but for all others...you'll LOVE this. Its honestly so fun to work with, and its use can practically COMMAND astonishment from your spectators.
