Extra Sensory Poker Review

This is a fun little packet trick that can be done with very little practice. There is one move in the entire effect, and it is simple. This can make you look like you're very skilled with cards with very little effort on your part outside of learning the patter that is supplied. That is the key, as your script ensures the trick works (or fails if your forget it).

I often look for tricks that my son can perform without having to spend hours practicing, and this one fits the bill. It's a nice little diversion that won't fool magicians, but even they might get a kick out of the fun of watching you deal cards as you call them. The method is obvious to them, but laymen love this since they are actively involved on dealing the cards at one point.

I hesitate to say this is "self-working" since there is that one move you have to get right, but it's as close as you can get without it actually being that way.

Manufacturer's Description:

The magician explains how the sleight-of-hand he uses differs from that of a gambler. He hands a small packet of cards to a spectator to help him prove how difficult it can be to deal a winning hand of poker.
Miraculously, the spectator deals the Ten, Jack, Queen and King of Spades-practically completing a Royal Flush! The magician then deals the winning fifth card to his and the rest of the audience's surprise.
