Benz is a DVD that contains 3 different presentations for bending a coin. The DVD appears to be a self published effort done in his garage with a single camera shot and a black sheet hung behind him. The DVD quality is only adequate. It mirrors a recent trend to publish a gritty, hip, street magic look. As you look at the cover of the DVD Sean Fields is standing with his arms folded in a typical cool street magician look.
Another curious detail was that the DVD was shot in black and white. I have not idea why, perhaps for that gritty street look, but I found that it took away from the quality of the DVD.
Now for the good news, the methodology and moves shown by Sean Fields are good. Very good! I am sure if he had done this for me live, I would have been fooled. He shows how to bend a coin and how to make the gimmick. He also shows three different handlings for performing a bent coin effect. One uses a signed coin. I really liked that one.
My only complaint concerning this was that since the DVD is shot in black and white and it appears to be a single camera on a tripod, it is difficult at times to see some of the explanations.
If you want to bend a coin this DVD is worth the price of admission.
