Decisions, decisions, decisions.
I often feel that the hardest thing for people to do is to make a decision. So many of us are afraid of being wrong that we become paralyzed when faced with choice.
“Honey,” I say to my wife. “Life is about making decisions.”
“Don’t be afraid to be wrong, “ I say.
“People really have trouble making decisions. They’re afraid of looking bad!”
I rail on and on and on and on until my wife begins to regret her decision to marry me.
While I may not be able to help my wife, let me see if I can’t help YOU! Hopefully I can take the pain out of making the decision to purchase this product…
If you are interested in obtaining a wonderfully crafted gaff that will allow you to seemingly read the minds of your audience, I suggest making the decision to purchase “Decisions.”
Firstly, a great deal of care has gone into producing this product. The packaging is first class and the hype on the packaging is kept to a minimum. What they claim, is what you get! Inside you will find a 45-page nicely produced booklet that details over half a dozen effects that can be performed with the (supplied) gaff expertly crafted by Rob Bromley.
The effects presented are simple and to the point. All of them allow you the opportunity to predict your audience’s actions.
The gaff is perfect for the performer who is looking to add a bit of close-up mental ism to their repertoire. It is portable and very easy to use.
The added bonus of purchasing “Decisions” is that the buyer is not limited to the material suggested in the booklet. The gaff provided will allow you to create effects of your own.
I do have one concern.
The gaff is printed on playing card stock. I wish it were printed on regular index card stock. I think that would ad to the “incidental” nature of the props.
Perhaps I am just picking nits.
The idea is so deliciously simple and the craftsmanship of the gaff is so wonderful, that this prop can only inspire the buyer to create his or her own magic.
