The Effect
As a gentleman, and as a performer, you have certain obligations. Like when you're at a fancy dinner and a lady asks you to perform a magic trick.

When you're called upon it doesn't matter if you know a thousand tricks. The situation calls for only one effect.

So, you fold your napkin and place it back on the table. You stand up and accept the attention of your table-mates. And you ask the lady sitting to your left to "think of a time".

"It could be any time, day or night, but make it a time that's important to you."

The lady thinks of a time as you make a prediction on your watch (the same watch you've been getting compliments on all evening).

The lady announces her time, and you reveal that your prediction matches perfectly, down to the minute.
