A PLAYING CARDJUST MELTS AWAY!
Magic is very often improved when new materials are found. Years ago we started work on making a more workable version of the classic Sand Frame. By making the frame in plastic and using a new type of sand, we eliminated all the problems associated with the old wooden frames, which were slow in operation and tended to spill sand. Here is a miraculous piece of apparatus which can vanish a card the very second you say "Abracadabra".
1.The magician inserts a card into the frame. The card can be seen clearly through the glass plate at the front. He shows the back of the frame to the spectators and sets it on the table.
2. He gives the magic word and the frame is turned around .... the card has vanished!
3. Again the frame is reversed and Hey Presto - as the magician faces it to the front once more the card reappears behind the glass. The card is removed and the frame is shown empty.
4. Next a printed card is shown carrying the names of several famous monsters. A spectator is then invited to select one of them.
5. The magician picks up the frame from the table and shows a picture of the
monster the spectator just selected inside the frame.
Note:No more problems with static electricity; the front plate is now made of glass.
