The other day I went to a concert and saw a very clever magician do a card trick where he counted six cards separately from hand to hand, threw three cards away and STILLHAD SIX CARDS LEFT. I thought this was marvellous, so I went to the conjuring shop and asked the man for the trick where you count six cards, throw three away andSTILL HAVE SIX LEFT!
He said "Yes, I have the trick where you count six cards, throw three away and still have SIX CARDS LEFT." So I bought it, and when I got home I counted six cards, threw away three and ONLYHAD THREE LEFT. SO WHEN I CAN DO THE TRICK, I'LLSHOW IT TO YOU!!
Every time you say "Throw threecards away," you do that, but you always have six cards left.
