Commenting that your spectators may have heard about the famous three card trick, you offer to show them a different three card trick and proceed to show 4 blank faced cards. Why is it a three card trick if you have four cards? Well, you rub a blank card on your sleeve and it magically becomes a three spot playing card. This is repeated another twice but you appear to have difficulty making the final card appear. Suddenly you realise why, you were holding the card the wrong way up, the card pips have appeared on the back of the card!
