Display a small box containing a pair of scissors. Place any object through tube in the center of the box: a pencil, a dollar bill or even better, a finger. Now, cut it in half with the scissors. But hold on to your hats. Lift the tube to show that the finger is really cut in half. Replace the tube and remove your finger to show it is unharmed.
