Boris explains his Kiss Count well enough that any magician with moderate skill can master it. Except for his kiss routine the examples using the variations are very uninspiring. This is really too bad as the count does have some interesting possibilities.

On the video he spends a lot of time on the first two variations though in a recent lecture, he admits he now mainly uses andd teaches only the third variation.
To use the Kiss Count the performer needs to do it smoothly and in an offhand manner.

A mediocre video teaching an interesting and useful sleight but not showing its uses in the best light.
