Magnetic Attraction with Canes Today!

A favorite among many names from the past, Kenton finally tips his unique handlings and methods to cause canes to adhere to him as if he were a human magnet.

Kenton has performed this on television and at a premiere screening for the movie The Illusionist.

A walking cane (ungimmicked) is examined thoroughly, as are the performer's hands. The performer magnetizes the cane with his energy.

The cane now sticks to his hands, floats upwards and adheres to his fingers without gimmicks, loops, wires, pins, magnets, etc. The cane may be light or heavy, borrowed or one of your own. You can magnetize solid metal canes or wood ones, golf clubs or swords.

Learn the secrets Kenton and his friends have used to appear to have real magnetic personal power.

Performed by Leipzig, Malini, Charlie Miller and numerous others, Kenton teaches you new methods as well as old that advance this timeless classic to heights never before achieved.

Overview

This is good to becoming a solid part of my library and I 100% intend to be performing this effect very soon! Kenton teaches things clearly: make a walking cane appear to adhere to the palm of your hand.

He also tips in some extra bits about different types of canes and different presentations (in terms of how the cane "sticks" to your hand/hands).

The performance and explanation are tight, clean and nice. This is a good one. It isn't super long, but it is what it is and it does what it does. Very deserving of 5 stars.

Effect

Precisely as described: Make walking canes appear to be magnetically attracted to the palms of your hands. It's magical and look absolutely fantastic.

Method

There is a special something used (available quite readily) that helps things work, but there is also some simple body mechanics, etc. Kenton is not the originator of all this, but he does elaborate on a few bits for modern times.

Product Quality

The DVD menu is pretty cool! Nice, clean design on the DVD, the case, and the layout. Easy and crisp in presentation. Audio, although not perfect, is good and does not distract from the teaching.

Ad Copy Integrity

Exactly what is printed on the case is exactly what is featured here. What you read is what you get.

Suggestions

A super nice effect for pretty much any venue under almost any circumstances. Maybe not proper for restaurant walk-around, but would pretty much play anywhere else.
