Adrian Vega had shared with the magic community his Deck Stab a few years ago and it was a great success.
After years of improvements, he shares now for the first time his new ideas and handlings for this great plot, and EVEN BETTER, all the gimmicks ARE INCLUDED.
A card is selected, signed and placed back into the deck. After shuffling the deck and placing it back into the card box, the magician takes a knife and stabs it trough all of the cards. Suddenly, the knife is slid quickly to the side with only ONE CARD STABBED on it, and of course, it is the signed card.
In this new version, you will be able to do the trick anywhere, anytime and in any situation. Now, you don't need to destroy a card box every time that you perform, you can do it with some papers, napkins, aluminum foil or just... NOTHING! Yes, for first time, you will stab the full deck in front of the audience, in plain view because there is nothing to hide.
It is perfect for close up, table hopping (using a knife and a napkin from the restaurant), parlor or even, stage.
Highly visual and easy to do!

Overview
This is a good one. Attention grabbing and fun with a sharp knife and a deck of cards. Stab a deck of card inside a card box and one signed card previously selected ends up on the knife.This trick requires some card handling, but nothing too difficult.
It is very impressive, but with every performance you destroy a card box.
Deck Stab 3 comes with over an hour of instruction by Vega, which is very good, easy to understand and easy to perform.
The cards can never be handed out because they are special cards that will give away the method.
Although Vega suggests that you can perform this trick without the card box and instead do it with aluminum foil or a napkin, I think you should do it with the card box. Yes, it is destroyed, but it is so much more visual and a real killer effect.
You also get a PDF that has images of targets to print and use to cover the deck instead of using the card box. Although I have not yet tried this, it is a good alternative to using a card box - better than aluminum foil or a napkin!
Effect
A spectator picks a card, signs it and it is lost in a deck. The deck is placed in the card box and the magician stabs the box, through all the cards and when he pulls the knife out of the box, one card is attached to the deck. Yes, of course, the signed card. Its great.Method

Product Quality
The gimmicked deck is a standard Bicycle deck, but specially modified to perform this trick. It is well designed.The instructional video is also very good, well shot and good production value. The trick is taught by Vega and you can tell he really loves this trick! Vega gives some great advice on how to handle the angles and how to make sure your performance is successful.
