Overview

My magic library is important to me. There are certain books that just belong in everyone's library. I think this book belongs on that list.
Most of the items here would rank as no less than amusing/quirky, which is fine. A few are really solid magic tricks. The section focuses on animals is odd, but fun! Some of the newspaper stuff is kinda peculiar as well, but in the hands of the right performer, it has a great deal of potential.
This book is a product of its time: mid-1980's... but the material hearkens back to a few years earlier.

Effect

The book promises '81 Foolproof Tricks by Karl Fulves' -- all utilize and are focused on using paper (including playing cards and newspaper).

Method

A wide variety of techniques and ideas -- some tricks and some just clever puzzles.

Product Quality

These old Dover books are great - paper back. Some of the illustrations could've used a bit more juice, but is was largely befitting the time of publication.

Ad Copy Integrity

Deliver on what it promises - 367 illustrations, not too bad, actually.
