Overview
The Three Shell Game is centuries old and there probably isn’t anyone who hasn’t heard, seen or watched a version of it, even if it was in the movies. Although called a game, it is really a confidence scheme and it is designed to con people out of their money. The con is so popular that it can involve up to three or more people all making a very good living fooling people into giving up their money. Aside from the three shells (can be walnut shells, small cups, thimbles and bottle caps) the pea used is equally important.Effect
In a typical Three Shell Game, the performer challenges the spectators to an observation test and all they have to do is locate the pea amongst the three shells. Naturally, the pea is never where it is thought to be.Method
The pea has to be compressible enough to maneuver it under the lip of the shell but have enough elasticity to bounce back to its original shape instantly and without any indication that it was compressed at all.Product Quality
