The Thurston pin-back buttons were created for Phil Temple to be sold during his lecture in England. The Thurston button was sold alone with the Thurston lecture notes as a package in the mid-90s. Only 300 of the booklets and buttons were made for this lecture. Unfortunately, the date Phil Temple was to board a plane for England, "9/11" happened and he never left the country. The buttons and Kellar booklets had been in storage since 2001.
