There are quite a few versions out there. It is a fun routine, not hard to perform and allows for good storytelling. I love performing it. It has become one of my favourite routines. Highly recommended!

Manufacturer's Description:

Everybody has a skeleton in their cupboard - but mark our words, this skeleton won’t remain in your cupboard for very long, it’s an entertaining, amusing and mystifying effect that you can and will use and which will take its place amongst the winners!
A tube, eleven inches high, decorated to look like a cupboard - the cupboard of a HAUNTED HOUSE - is lifted to show a SKELETON figure painted on three blocks. The skeleton is replaced correctly in the tube - BUT - in some eerie and mysterious manner the blocks re-arrange themselves, they get “scrambled” and when the tube is lifted there is the skeleton -” with his head tucked underneath his arm”!!!
The fun waxes fast and furious, for this can be repeated again and again. Finally, the head is taken away altogether and “hidden” underneath a handkerchief. A flick - and the block has VANISHED to appear in its place back on the skeleton, in its proper order at last!
It’s clean and easy to work, there are no loose shells to worry about and there is nothing to go wrong.
