(Based on 1 review)
The magician shows his hands clearly empty. He makes a magic gesture, and immediately produces a shower of confetti! You receive a very special gimmick. No sleeves are required. Do it anywhere, anytime.

Magicians love toys and, without question, I'm one of the most guilty.

There's no question that this is an interesting toy. My concern, however, is that it's not particularly practical.

Stage workers might find it useful, but you'll need music to cover the noise. It's certainly not going to work in close-up situations unless you're in a noisy bar or club.

Being a builder, both in and outside of magic, I'm always concerned with reliability. The last thing I ever want is one of my items failing to work when it's needed. This is especially true for performers. So I try to limit the number of moving parts and, what does move, I try to make sure is reinforced and made of quality materials.

While I haven't spent dozens of hours stress testing this gimmick, I am concerned that wear and tear could be a serious issue for anyone that is using it on a regular basis. There are a couple of pieces that will most certainly wear out and break over time and they're not the kind of thing you'll be able to repair in a few minutes before the show.

Finally, I found that the operation was inconsistent. Sometimes it works like a charm and really does look like magic. Other times were far less spectacular.

I didn't really want to slam this product because it is a good idea. If you're using it every now and then, have music and don't mind if it doesn't work perfectly every time, I certainly think it's worth playing around with.
