This is an updated version of the classic 'Vanishing Bowl of Water'. A metal bowl is displayed and placed onto a wooden tray. 'Petrol' is now poured into the bowl. The bowl is set on fire and allowed to burn for a few seconds before a fireproof cloth is thrown over it. The bowl under the cloth is now lifted off the tray and carried forward. Suddenly the performer throws the cloth into the air and amazingly the bowl has completely vanished in mid -- air. The 'Petrol' poured into the bowl is in fact coloured water, only a small amount of Ronsonol Lighter Fluid is actually used to create the flame. The flame is automatically extinguished when the fireproof cloth is placed over the bowl.
