Penguin Magic

(Based on 1 review)
Inspired by David Williamson, a spectator uses a napkin to clean out a small cup and its lid to make sure everything is completely dry. The lid is placed on the cup and they hold it high above their head. You pour the contents of a sugar packet into your hand, and shortly thereafter, it completely disappears and reappears inside the cup they've been holding high above their head — without the cheat of a thumb tip!

Fun and organic, this is really nice …More seemingly impromptu magic from Gregory. I know how and already do the first part (sugar vanish) but with the super ending up in the cup is one of best tricks like this I have seen in a while. It is spectacular. Not only is this a very cool trick but the theatrics added to the presentation make it a visually awesome and great effect - it becomes a performance. You can’t have a more visual trick with a packet of sugar and a cup, amazing for strolling, stage or in a large room filled with spectators. It’s organic, simple, easy to follow and easy to learn. The secret is amazing, never would have guessed, it’s a real fooler.

You use simple ordinary props anywhere - in a coffee shop with a disposable cup and lid or in a restaurant or dining room with a ceramic cup and saucer placed on top of the cup. I am going to add this on to my existing ’sugar vanish from the packet’ immediately. Even if you are presently doing the sugar vanish, Gregory passes on some nice little touches and tips that make what you are doing even better, you need to get this.I can’t wait to show this one around, maybe at dinner tonight?
