It appears to be an authentic “Telepathy Testing Card” from the National Institute of Parapsychology.
Perfect for anytime, walk around and close up mentalism! This is a complete routine that fits neatly in your wallet! Be ready to perform a complete routine with just one compact card!
The card is about the same width as a credit card, but a little taller, so it fits perfectly in a standard credit card slot in any wallet (the same size as the Test Conditions card). On it are several tests that are used to test both the spectator’s and the performer’s ‘telepathic ability’.
The first effect is this:
A spectator is handed a set of folded instructions, and asked not to read them yet. He is told to try to pick up on what the instructions are telepathically. He is then asked to name one of the symbols shown on the card. Lets say he names the cylinder. The instructions are opened by the spectator and read out loud…the instructions read “PLEASE CHOOSE THE CYLINDER”. The spectator was able to pick up on the instructions telepathically!!
Next, three spectators are each asked to think of a symbol on a grid of 16 symbols. The performer immediately begins to reveal some information about each spectators chosen symbols...then reveals all three symbols correctly! (at no time are the spectators asked any questions, nor is anything written down!)
There are two BONUS effects included on the card as well.

This entire routine/trick is on a card that fits in your wallet. That’s impressive already.
The card has multiple routines/tricks. Impressive again.
The main routine is very, very clever. Impressive for the third time…already even before this review is done..I would tell you to get this inexpensive trick.
I will give you the bare bones as I see it.
You are in a situation where someone wants to see some mind reading. You have nothing on you..then you think..ahh my wallet. You pull out this card and ask them to look at some objects on the card and to select one. They do and after a moment of concentration you name the object they are thinking of.
You ask someone to draw a couple of simple geometrical shapes…you then prove that you already knew what they were going to draw.
Next you have three people scan through 16 different shapes on the card. Each person is to mentally select one. You concentrate and name the three shapes they are thinking of. If their brains have not fully melted yet you finish them with this.
You have them draw a simple picture from their imagination. You prove to them how you subtly influenced them to draw that picture.
The card is professionally made. The instruction booklet is professionally made and Paul give credits in the back.
