Practically undetectable, Copin's Invisible Thread is of the highest quality and allows for insane effects, even when in the hand of the spectator!

This is more of a product specification than a review. Everyone has different needs in invisible thread, so it's not fair to impose my preferences on everyone else. My 5-star rating is simply a reflection of the high quality of the product.

Most thread workers are interested in three main qualities.

Invisibility - Copin's thread ranks very high in my book. You might get a flash under a very direct, bright light, but I would consider that more a fault of the performer.

Elasticity - This a mostly inelastic thread. It suits my purposes quite well, but if you need the stretchy stuff, this isn't for you.

Strength - Compared with other threads I've used, this one seems pretty strong. Without lab equipment to actually test these things, I can't give you anything better than my feel for it. But considering the things Copin uses it for, it's got to be strong.

With the package you get the thread wound around a metal bobbin (nice touch), three tabs of bluetack (yellow, actually), and some very nice instructions on how to extract and prepare individual threads.
