B'Wave

No, this isn't a book. It's a card trick. But what a card trick! One of the best-selling, most popular card tricks of the past decade! B'Wave has baffled princesses and presidents, and is used by professionals throughout the world. Four cards supply three stunning punches! Someone decides on any queen. The four cards are cleanly spread on the table — the only face-up card is the chosen queen! Then you turn it over — its back is a different color from the other cards! As final proof that you knew positively which queen would be named, you turn over the other three cards — they are all blank! No sleights, no rough & smooth, no extra cards, just pure mind-boggling magic!

Killer packet trick works well in my restaurant/walk around gigs. Easy pocket storage.

B'wave, is a solid reliable trick-an always carry with you effect. Never fails to deliver astonishment, and it stands out from other packet tricks, so far as effect.

The two summers that I performed surrounded (in broad daylight) walk-around magic for the audience members waiting to get into the Tonight Show studio at NBC in Burbank, I did B-Wave about 2,000 times. It always killed. Eventually, I created my own B-Wave sets out of a Twisted Sisters set so I could repeat quickly but with different cards. It's one of the best-in-your-hands-effects I have. When I met Phil (Max) at the Magic Castle, the first thing I said was, "Thanks for B-Wave."

I think this is one of the best, and easiest, packet tricks around. Using very simple methods, and a magicians choice that is never noticed, you always perform it perfect. I would not suggest you perform it twice (although you can with a different suit at the end) as some people could figure it out. This is one I always carry around. If you like ti, you shoud try Dan Harlan's Red Rover.
